Monte has coached and trained players at every level from age group to multiple Olympics on both the basics and advanced strategy, tactics, technique, conditioning and mental preparation. And without controversy it is Monte’s breadth and depth of experience that made the difference in helping those athletes compete and excel  in the pool while developing a lifelong passion for the game of water polo.

While many of the players Monte has coached and tutored over the years have gone on to compete at the collegiate, Olympic  and international level, that is only a part of the full complement of of  services he offers.
